
Online Ordering Tutorial
We hope you will find our online ordering platform quick and easy to use. This brief tutorial is a great guideline to starting your web ordering experience.

Click here or on the “Order Online” link in our website navigation.
Enter the Customer ID and password provided by your sales rep. If you don’t have one, please contact the sales office. Check out the helpful hints and guidelines on the welcome screen.

From the drop-down menu, select the date you wish to receive your order. You may choose a date up to 10 days in advance.
Click NEXT.
Please keep in mind that placing your order in advance does not guarantee availability of all produce items, and pricing is subject to change.

Your order profile is automatically loaded for you. You may refine your search by clicking the search bar and selecting the drop drown commodity selector (apples, berries, etc.) or perform a search through your profile or catalog of all available Cavalier Produce items.
Add items to your order by entering a number in the provided box.
Example: Apples, Granny Smith 88/100 ct
* To add or remove items from your profile for easy ordering in the future, click the EDIT PROFILE BUTTON and either search for desired items to add or drag items desired to be removed to the trash can icon.
Make sure to hit SUBMIT CHANGES on the bottom left.
To view your shopping cart or add item specific comments, click the shopping cart icon in the top right corner of the screen.

Once you are done adding items to your shopping cart, updating quantities and making item specific comments, submit your order by clicking CHECK OUT.

On the check out page, add any email addresses, delivery instructions or general instructions/comments.
Then click APPROVE ORDER.
Your confirmation will pop up for you to print and review. A confirmation email will also be sent.
Other Features
The My Account Dashboard will show you your order history, open invoices, and account options. Access this by clicking on the orange person icon located in the top right corner.
The order history page will show the orders in the selected date range. You can choose from all, open, shipped or invoiced orders. Access this by scrolling down and clicking SEARCH ORDER HISTORY.
To cancel a future or scheduled web order, please call the sales office.
Cavalier Produce Ordering App Tips and Tricks
(For Android and Apple Devices)
Search the Google Play Store or the Apple Store for “Cavalier Produce” and download the app for free.
If you already have online access, use the same login and password on the app. If you do not have or do not remember your login and password, please call us at (434) 296-9105 or (800) 394-4549 and we will get you set up.
Don’t see what you need on the app? Just call our office at the number above and one of our sales representatives will place the order of special items for you!
Please read any announcements and notifications on the app regarding order cut off times and delivery day restrictions before submitting your order. If you have additional questions, one of our sales representatives will be happy to assist.
You can create a profile with your most purchased items for easy access by clicking the heart icon next to any item in the catalog. These will be added under “My Ordering Guide” so that you do not have to search or scroll for your most frequently purchased items.
From the home screen, there are four options. You can either click on one of these options or you can navigate the app using the icons at the bottom of the screen.
My Order Guide is also the clipboard icon at the bottom.
Browse Catalog is also the book icon at the bottom.
My Shopping Cart is also the cart icon at the bottom, or in the upper right corner with a total dollar amount.
My Recent Orders is also the file cabinet icon at the bottom.
